Retail Fueling

Our 24-hour fueling facility is located at 2586 George Washington Memorial Highway near the Coleman Bridge in Gloucester at Hayes, Virginia. It offers convenient fueling for private and fleet vehicle use - including the latest alternative fuels. Our state of the art fuel dispensing system allows for many customers to fuel at the same type with various products.

Phillips Card

Customers who consistently fuel at our retail facility are eligible to apply for a Phillips Energy proprietary card. Your PIN-protected Phillips Card can be conveniently used 24/7 for retail fuel purchases at our fueling station. It also offers convenient monthly billing, voluntary fueling restrictions and odometer tracking, as well as special discounts on fuel purchases. Sign up for your card now. 

On-Site Fleet Fueling

We also offer fleet fueling services on- site at your location. Bulk delivery is also available for Diesel Exhaust Fluid and on site at the Phillips Energy retail fuel stations located in Gloucester Point and Providence Forge.
