Phillips Energy is proud to feature a 24-hour retail fueling facility in Gloucester, located on George Washington Memorial Highway in Hayes, Virginia (Route 17) near the Coleman Bridge. During operating hours, full service is available.

It offers convenient fueling for the general public and for private fleets - including the latest alternative fuels. Our State-of-the-Art fuel dispensing system allows for many customers to fuel at the same time with various products. 

Our Retail Fuel Facility Has It All!

• Open 24/7 for Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Phillips proprietary cards
• Open for full service from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday
• Gasoline – all gasoline products are available 24/7, with the exception of 93 octane non-ethanol, which is available during full service hours. Gasoline products available include 87, 89, 93 octane with ethanol
• Gasoline - Non Ethanol 87 and 93 octane
• On-road diesel treated with premium Diesel Guard additive
• Diesel Exhaust Fluid during full service hours
• Off-road diesel
