Elizabeth McCormick’s Red Wine Marinade
She won’t claim it as her own, but it’s a recipe she’s made time and time again to rave reviews. So much so that she can recite it by heart.
1 cup red wine
1/4 cup teriyaki
1/4 cup soy sauce
couple drops of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Mix ingredients. Pour over meat, like London Broil, and let marinade for several hours. Grill to desired doneness. Serve. Enjoy!
