Comfort: A propane furnace or boiler will heat air to a higher initial temperature, getting to your desired temperature faster, and maintaining it easier. And it will do it efficiently
Cost: Compared to conventional fuels and other alternative energy sources, propane generally costs less even as fuel prices fluctuate.
Efficiency: High-efficiency propane furnaces are rated anywhere between 90 and 98 percent efficient. This increased efficiency can mean substantial savings in your annual energy bill.
Clean: Propane is an approved clean fuel listed in the 1990 Clean Air Act. Using propane reduces the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide and air pollutants like carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide.
American-made: Propane production keeps quality jobs in our country. As of 2012, more than 145,000 workers across the U.S. are employed in the propane trade, wholesale, and sales.
Abundance: The U.S. produces more than enough propane to meet demand. In fact, the U.S. is propane’s leading producer.
