The Virginia Petroleum Convenience and Grocery Association is helping Phillips Energy oil customers upgrade and save.

The UPGRADE AND SAVE rebate program offers Virginia homeowners up to $500 or more when they install a new oil-fired furnace, boiler, water heater or oil storage tank.

Specific rebate opportunities include the following:

-$500 for new oil-fired furnace, boiler or water heaters
-$500 for new chimney liners, when required for heating system upgrades
-$300 for new aboveground oil storage tanks

There is a limit of four rebates available per household. Additional restrictions may apply. Deadline is May 31, 2017.

Rebates must be processed through an approved Virginia heating oil dealer, which Phillips Energy is proud to be. Phillips Energy team members can walk you through the rebate process and set up a consolation on your upgrade needs.

New heating equipment is an investment in the future of your home, and the VPCGA and Phillips Energy are committed to making it possible for you to enjoy the long-term savings that come with a new, higher efficiency heat system.

According to VPCGA, research shows "property owners with new, higher-efficiency heating equipment are more satisfied with their comfort level and fuel choice.”
