Raising Funds for Alzheimer’s on The Longest Day
Each June, the Alzheimer’s Association hosts a global fundraising effort on the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. The Phillips Energy team is a proud supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association and is once again excited to bring the community together to boost awareness and raise money to help find a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease.
“We are so proud to support the Alzheimer’s Association, a wonderful organization whose cause is very near and dear to our hearts,” said Phillips Energy Vice President Elizabeth McCormick. “Finding a way to END ALZ has become Phillips Energy’s signature cause, and we are humbled by the outpouring of support we get from our customers and community each and every year.
This year, the Phillips Energy team will commemorate the Longest Day on Monday, June 21.

Retail Fuel Sale Proceeds, Midnight to Midnight – Fuel up at Phillips Energy’s retail fuel station at Gloucester Point and 10% of sales will be donated to the Phillips Phamily Pumped to END ALZ, our annual fundraising team for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s!
Marker Nine Retail Apparel Sales Proceeds, Midnight to Midnight – Shop online for the latest coastal casual apparel at MarkerNine.com, and 20% of all sales will be donated to Phillips Energy’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s team!

Juan’s Meal Sales Proceeds, All Day – Enjoy delicious Mexican dishes from Juan’s Mexican Café & Cantina in Gloucester, where 10% of all dine-in and carry-out sales throughout the day will be donated to Phillips Energy’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s team!
Anonymous Donor Matching and Facebook Live Rowing Fundraiser, 11 a.m. to Noon – Make a donation online to the Phillips Phamily Pumped to END ALZ fundraising team and an anonymous donor will match up to $1,000 of all donations! Phillips Phamily Pumped to END ALZ Fundraising Team Membership Drive, 1 to 3 p.m. – Sign up online to join our Phillips Phamily Pumped to END ALZ fundraising team during this time and get entered to win a $75 gift certificate to Phillips Energy! Every walker will receive a Phillips Energy t-shirt on walk day, October 2, 2021! Our goal is 75 walkers on our team, commemorating the 75 years Phillips Energy has been in business!
